Continue Service I authorize Enova Power Corp. to continue service for any unit at this address whenever a final reading has been ordered and a new service contract has not been received from an incoming tenant. Service will be continued and billed to the undersigned for the interim period until a new service contract is received by Enova. An account set up fee will be charged per unit for the first landlord reversion or initial acivation. After that, all subsequent set up fees will be waived. Choose your electricity price plan. The default plan for residential and small business customers is Time-of-Use pricing. I authorize Enova Power Corp. to disconnect electrical service for any unit at this address whenever a final reading has been ordered and a new service contract has not been received from an incoming tenant. Enova Power Corp. is not liable for any damages that may occur as a result of the service being disconnected. Once a new contract is initiated, an adult must be present at the property at the time of reconnection. Where a service has been disconnected for any reason for a period exceeding six months, Rule 2-012 of the Ontario Electrical Safety Code requires a re-inspection by the Electrical Safety Authority. It shall be the responsibility of the Customer requiring the reconnection to arrange for this inspection and the payment of fees.

If we do not receive your election within 5 days of the final meter reading, you will be deemed to have elected to Discontinue Service. In the event the above noted property is sold, please contact Enova to remove Instructions for Rental Properties.
