Streetlight Repair

We appreciate you letting us know about streetlights that need service. If you notice streetlights that are always on, always off, cycling, or in need of repair, please complete our Streetlight Service Call Request Form.

To complete the form, please have the following information available:

  • Your name
  • Phone number
  • Location of the street light issue
  • Nearest cross street to the address
  • City or Township
  • Nature of the problem – e.g. the number of lights out, fixture is broken or hanging, lights are flickering, lights are on during the day etc.
  • A photo of the streetlight with a marker that shows its location to help us identify and repair issues more efficiently, where possible.

Important information for Time-of-Use customers

Residential and small business customers on Time-of-Use pricing were underbilled for electricity on invoices dated between May 3 and May 28. In most cases, the underbilled amount was less than $20 for residential customers and less than $50 for small business customers. 

Affected customers will see an adjustment to recover the outstanding amount on either their next bill or the bill after that, depending on your billing cycle.

We know that this billing adjustment is unexpected, and we are sorry for the inconvenience.
