Public Awareness of Electrical Safety Survey

Starting February 25, 2026, we’re conducting an online and telephone survey to find out how much you know about electrical safety.

UtilityPULSE, a Canadian company specializing in polls and surveys for the electricity sector, will be calling residents in our service area to assess their understanding of how to stay safe around electricity and electrical equipment.

You can also complete the survey online

The survey takes approximately five minutes to complete and the results will be included in our 2025 Scorecard.

We also use the survey results to help drive our safety education efforts.

The survey is anonymous.  You will not be asked for your Enova Power account number, address, credit card number or banking information. You may be asked for some very basic demographic information, such as your age and your postal code.

Always be alert to fraudulent calls and never release account or financial information to unknown callers.

If you have questions or concerns about the survey, please email communications@enovapower.com.

Important information for Time-of-Use customers

Residential and small business customers on Time-of-Use pricing were underbilled for electricity on invoices dated between May 3 and May 28. In most cases, the underbilled amount was less than $20 for residential customers and less than $50 for small business customers.

Affected customers will see an adjustment to recover the outstanding amount on either their next bill or the bill after that, depending on your billing cycle.

We know that this billing adjustment is unexpected, and we are sorry for the inconvenience.

If you have any questions or concerns about your bill, please contact our Customer Care team Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at 226-896-1010.
