Gathering to celebrate safety at Enova

Today our team gathered to celebrate safety and teamwork at Enova.

Safety and well-being above all is one of Enova’s core values, a value carried over from both of our legacy utilities, and one we take very seriously at all levels of our organization. From our in-class, in-person elementary school safety presentations to our first responder training to our contractor training to our safety contests (like our art contest!), our commitment to safety is powering everything we do.

Coming together to shine a light on our safety successes and lessons is an important part of our safety culture. We each play a critical role in each other’s safety, and these events help solidify the relationships that are so important across the organization.

We also celebrated the long, safe service of 71 team members. These 71 employees have been with Enova and its legacy companies for 5-year increments ranging from 5 years to a remarkable 35 years (we’re looking at you, Bob!).

Congratulations to our long service award recipients, and to our entire team for all they do to ensure public and co-worker safety!

Important information for Time-of-Use customers

Residential and small business customers on Time-of-Use pricing were underbilled for electricity on invoices dated between May 3 and May 28. In most cases, the underbilled amount was less than $20 for residential customers and less than $50 for small business customers. 

Affected customers will see an adjustment to recover the outstanding amount on either their next bill or the bill after that, depending on your billing cycle.

We know that this billing adjustment is unexpected, and we are sorry for the inconvenience.
