Canada Post resumes mail service

As Canada Post resumes mail delivery, you may receive hard copies of Enova invoices that were processed during the service disruption, including invoices you may have already paid.

To help you avoid making duplicate payments and incurring late charges from overdue payments, we encourage you to look for the bill and due date on your invoice, as well as your balance due.

Where do I find the due date of my invoice?

How can I check my account balance? 

There are four ways to check your current account balance to avoid over or duplicate payments. 

  1. Online My Account provides customers with online access to their Enova account 24/7, including current and past Please note: You will need your account number and meter number to register. If you do not have these, please contact our Customer Care team at 226-896-1010 for help.
  2. Reach our customer care department through our online contact form at com/contactus.
  3. By telephone – Customers can get their account balance calling Enova’s Customer Care team at 226-896-1010 during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.

    Please note, our offices are closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year’s Day. See our full holiday hours at enovapower.com/holiday.
  4. In person:
    • Customers in Kitchener or Wilmot can visit us in person at 301 Victoria Street South, Kitchener during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.
    • Customers in Waterloo, Woolwich or Wellesley can visit us in person at 526 Country Squire Road, Waterloo during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.

 

Avoid payment delays with our convenient payment options

We offer convenient and simple bill payment options to help you pay your bill without needing to mail your payment. 

  • Online – Customers can pay their bills electronically using these methods:
    • Pre-Authorized payment
    • Online or over the telephone through their bank
    • Mastercard or Visa using Paymentus. A service charge will apply
  • In person using cash, debit, cheque or money order – Customers who wish to pay their Enova bill by cash, debit, cheque, or money order can do so at our offices during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.
    • Customers in Kitchener or Wilmot can pay in person at 301 Victoria Street South, Kitchener.
    • Customers in Waterloo, Woolwich or Wellesley can pay in person at 526 Country Squire Road, Waterloo.
  • Payment Dropbox: There are also a payment dropboxes available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at both Enova offices. Customers are advised not to deposit cash in thedropbox

Customers in Kitchener and Wilmot

There are two spots you can find the invoice date on your Enova invoice:

  1. In the “When is My Bill Due?” Box at the top of your Enova invoice.

  1. In the “Pay By:” Box at the top of your Enova invoice.
