We know there is a lot to do before you can move into your new place, but setting up your Enova account is easy!
If you’re moving to Kitchener or Wilmot Township (Baden, New Dundee, New Hamburg, Petersburg) complete this New Account Application Form.
If you are moving to Waterloo, Wellesley, or Woolwich, please complete this New Account Application Form.

If your summer lease is finished, or you’re graduating and leaving the area, don’t forget to close your account. Make sure you give us as much notice as possible so you can avoid paying for electricity you’re not using after you’ve left the property.

As an eBilling subscriber, you’ll never have to worry about missing a bill again. You’ll receive an email notification directly to your inbox as soon as your bill is ready. The notification includes all the important information you need to stay on top of your account, including the bill due date, the amount owing, and your account number.
