Waterloo Region (November 30, 2022) – The Week of Giving is here, and Enova Power Corp. (Enova) wants to help its customers support those in need through donations to The Food Bank of Waterloo Region.
From Nov. 28 until Dec. 2 Enova will donate 12 healthy meals to The Food Bank of Waterloo Region (The Food Bank) on behalf of each customer that makes the switch to eBilling.
The Week of Giving campaign is a boost to Enova’s fall eBilling campaign that saw more than 4,800 meals donated to The Food Bank on behalf of customers that switched to eBilling starting in mid-October until Nov. 25.
The Food Bank has never been more important in Waterloo Region. More than 34,000 people are served by the organization every year and 35 per cent of those helped are under the age of 18.
In addition to helping to support an important community organization, eBilling customers will also enjoy a number of benefits as eBilling subscribers. eBilling gives customers 24/7 access to their bill from anywhere, and at any time, through Enova’s My Account online portal. Additionally, customers that register for eBilling receive an email notification as soon as their bill is ready that includes key details, such as the amount owing and the payment due date.
How do customers register for eBilling?
Registering for eBilling is easy. Customers looking to make the switch need to follow a few simple steps.
- Login to My Account or register for Enova’s online customer portal at enovapower.com/myaccount
- Select “Profile” from the Menu Bar
- Under “eBilling Opt-in” select “Yes, I want paperless.”
