Our interview process

Enova welcomes all applicants with interest in open positions to apply. Enova will contact those selected for interviews once the application deadline has passed.

If you’re selected for an interview with Enova, please expect the following steps as we move through the recruitment process.

  • A pre-screening call with one of our team members
  • First (and sometimes second) round of in-person interviews
  • Personality Assessment (EQI)
  • Background Screening, including:
    • Criminal check
    • Drivers abstract
    • References check
    • Education check
    • Fit for duty testing
