My Account Online Customer Portal
My Account is your one-stop account management shop. You can manage your energy costs through our online portal by comparing detailed hourly, daily and monthly consumption. You can also review past payments, view electronic copies of your bill and make changes to your electricity pricing plan.

eBilling
Have your bill delivered to your inbox, instead of your mailbox. If you sign up for eBilling, you’ll receive an email notification as soon as your bill is ready, with all the information you need to stay on top of your account.

Registering is easy, all it takes is a couple clicks of a button or a few taps on your device.

  • Register for My Account, Enova’s online customer portal
  • Sign in to My Account
  • Select “Profile” from the Menu Bar
  • Under “eBilling Opt-in” select “Yes, I want paperless.”

Important information for Time-of-Use customers

Residential and small business customers on Time-of-Use pricing were underbilled for electricity on invoices dated between May 3 and May 28. In most cases, the underbilled amount was less than $20 for residential customers and less than $50 for small business customers. 

Affected customers will see an adjustment to recover the outstanding amount on either their next bill or the bill after that, depending on your billing cycle.

We know that this billing adjustment is unexpected, and we are sorry for the inconvenience.
