Public Awareness of Electrical Safety Survey

Starting March 21, 2024, Brickworks Communications, on behalf of Enova, will be calling residents in Enova’s service area to assess their understanding of how to stay safe around electricity and electrical equipment.

The survey is required by the Ontario Energy Board and takes approximately five minutes to complete. The results of the survey will be included in our 2024 scorecard.

We also use the survey to help drive our safety education efforts and to help us understand where more information may be needed.

The survey is anonymous and you won’t be asked for your Enova account number, address, credit card number or banking information. You may be asked for some very basic demographic information such as:

      • Your age

      • Your postal code

    Customers are reminded to be alert to fraudulent calls and never release account or financial information to unknown callers.
