Choose your electricity price plan. The default pricing plan for residential and small business customers is Time-of-Use pricing. When you choose Time-of Use pricing, the price you pay for electricity depends on when you use it. With Ultra-Low Overnight (ULO) rate, customers who use the majority of electricity at night can lower their costs by shifting their consumption until after 11 p.m. If Tiered Pricing is selected, customers consume a certain amount of electricity each month at a lower price, when the lower priced consumption limit is exceeded, a higher price applies. I, the owner or tenant submit an application for electric service at the above referenced service address. I agree to pay, jointly and severally, for all rates and charges for said service supplied to the service address and agree to be bound by the Rules and Regulations of the Corporation.

If the Applicant is a company, the signing officer(s) warrants that he/she has authority to bind the company. The undersigned acknowledges that a Contract will exsist upon acceptance of the Application by the Corporation. The application will be assumed to be accepted by the Corporation unless otherwise notified within 10 business days.
