Starting this week, UtilityPULSE, a Canadian market research company specializing in the utility sector, will be reaching out to Enova Power Corp.’s (Enova Power) residential and small business customers by telephone and email to gather feedback about Enova Power’s services and to ensure the utility is meeting and exceeding customer needs and expectations.

The survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete, and customer feedback will help Enova Power improve its services where it matters most to customers.

Customers will not be asked to reveal any information specific to their Enova Power account, such as account number, name, address, or banking information.

The surveys are expected to be completed by early December.
