Our Information Technology team is vigilant, and their focus on security resulted in a 99.7% system reliability in 2024, meaning the critical information systems essential to how we do business and support our customers were unaffected by system attacks.<\/p><p>The fast thinking of our Information Technology team and the resiliency and security of the systems we have in place were evident during the Crowdstrike outage. The majority of these were through email phishing attempts. Educating our staff on identifying and adequately handling phishing attempts is a primary focus of our cyber security training program.
